Return and Refund Policy

This policy sets out the terms and conditions between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”), and SkyTravel (“SkyTravel”, “Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), concerning your access to and use of our digital certificate (“Certificate”).

Once the Certificate has been downloaded by you, no right of cancellation, return, or refund exists due to the electronic nature of our Certificate.

Any refunds shall be at our sole and absolute discretion.

You agree that under no circumstances whatsoever shall you initiate any chargebacks via your payment provider. You agree that any payments made by you for any of our Certificates are final and may not be charged back.

We reserve the right to alter any of our prices without prior notice. However, if you have already made the payment, you will not be affected by any price changes.

We make every effort to ensure that our Certificates are accurate, but in case you detect a misprint or error, you can contact us at support@Sky-Travel.org with your transaction/payment details.
